Frankfurt am Main, 08.01.2024 - The multi-family office FINVIA is expanding its advisory expertise for high-net-worth clients. To this end, FINVIA is bringing a total of ten new team members on board with Michael Jänsch as the new Co-CEO and other experienced experts.

Michael Jänsch (49) has many years of experience in advising high-net-worth families and managing specialized teams. Before joining FINVIA, Jänsch was a board member at FOCAM Family Office and a member of the management of the German Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) and Family Office segment at ODDO BHF.

In his new role as Co-CEO of FINVIA Holding, Jänsch will manage the company together with Torsten Murke. In addition, Jänsch will become a shareholder of FINVIA. Effective immediately, Torsten Murke and Michael Jänsch will lead the FINVIA team together and shape the company's next phase of growth.

"This recruitment marks a significant milestone in FINVIA's growth strategy," says FINVIA CEO Torsten Murke. "The increasing demands of the UHNWI target group for customer-specific, individual solutions with high quality advice and the simultaneous strong growth of the company in recent years explain this step."

"In recent years, the FINVIA team has used its innovative strength and expertise to create a new offering for entrepreneurial families, wealthy private clients and foundations that is impressive in its quality and thus meets the needs and expectations," says Jänsch. "The popularity with clients is impressive and at the same time we are committed to continuing to offer excellent service and access to individual solutions in the future. FINVIA has created all the prerequisites to be the leading family office in Germany. I am delighted to be actively involved in shaping this positioning and to be part of the team."

Alexander Eimermacher is also joining the team. He will also be Managing Director of FINVIA Holding and responsible for the company's business development. He will also become a shareholder of FINVIA. Eimermacher brings with him extensive expertise in the family office segment, which he acquired in previous positions as General Representative of the family office FOCAM and as former Global Head Client Development in Private Wealth Management at ODDO BHF.

At the same time, FINVIA is strengthening its regional presence in Germany by opening another office in northern Germany. The office, based in Hanover, will combine the network of personalities and entrepreneurial families with the expertise of the FINVIA team. This step will enable FINVIA to further strengthen and expand its business in this important economic region of Germany.

The other new additions to FINVIA will make a significant contribution to strengthening the company's expertise in the areas of family office, client support, portfolio management, impact investing and access to direct company investments. In addition, the newly created Corporate Advisory division offers entrepreneurial families expertise in M&A transactions and financing issues for their companies.
