Instead, we carry out customer surveys, look at what is being called up and what is not, and listen to advisors about what is needed beyond that. This is also to be understood as "Beyond Wealth": first listening, recording the needs that are never stable, and then reacting to them and recognizing how reporting needs to be further adapted.

The performance analysis is an integral part of the asset controlling services. It is embedded in the reporting elements and is usually prepared at least once a quarter. If an asset holder would like to receive the data below these reporting deadlines, it can be printed at any time, as we post the reporting and controlling on a daily basis.

In order not to jeopardize the speed of reporting, we have a basic principle: we do not want to make individuality the standard.

Instead, we work with a basic reporting standard on which individual requirements are based. This means that if we have a fundamental reporting document that reports essential information and a customer situation makes it necessary for us to incorporate additional elements and aspects, we initiate this accordingly.
