strategic asset allocation

An absolute mustfor your portfolio

Long-term success cannot be improvised - you have to prepare for it.

In wealth management, subsequent performance and the long-term achievement of investment goals are largely decided before the first investment decision is made: In the SAA , long-term guidelines for the wealth management are defined based on the asset holder's individual situation and objectives. The extent to which investments should be made in the relevant asset classes is determined. Numerous studies show that up to 90 percent of a portfolio's return depends on this.1

strategic asset allocation is therefore an absolute must for every wealth.

Unused potential

In reality, many investors do not have access to a comprehensive and detailed strategic allocation of asset classes, as asset managers and banks often lack the necessary view of the overall assets and place their own products when selecting investment solutions.

Even if an SAA is offered, it is usually limited to standard allocations - your individual goals and needs are left out.

Your wealth strategyas it should be

FINVIA offers you an SAA as it should be. We work with you to develop an investment strategy that is perfectly tailored to your individual needs and select the asset classes that best suit your investment objectives :

  1. The starting point for strategic asset allocation is a simple question: What do I want to achieve? At the very beginning of our collaboration, we define your individual investment objective.

  2. Together we work out your personal risk tolerance. This depends on the level of risk that you can bear economically and want to bear emotionally, and determines which asset classes are best suited to you.

  3. To ensure that your investment strategy suits you, your wealth and your needs, we also take your existing investments and individual interests, such as personal preferences for certain asset classes, into account in your SAA.

  4. The capital market is constantly changing, so the SAA cannot be set in stone. That is why we constantly monitor your SAA using state-of-the-art technologies. If changes result in a new optimal allocation, your asset class weightings are adjusted by rebalancing or recalculation so that they once again fit in perfectly with your specified guidelines and risk budgets.
