Biography
After studying business administration at the University of Mannheim, Anja Wadzinski began her career as a management consultant in marketing and sales at the Marketing Corporation in Bad Homburg. In 1999, she moved to Accenture (then Andersen Consulting) in the HR department. In over 20 years there, she became familiar with all aspects of modern HR work and spent many years in management positions both nationally and internationally. Important stages of her career include her work as HR Manager for internal service functions, project management in the area of HR transformation and her role as an international HR Business Partner. Most recently, she accompanied company acquisitions and PMI processes on the HR side for several years. After a brief excursion into the insurance industry (R+V Versicherung) in the field of management consulting, she is now responsible for People & Culture at FINVIA. Anja Wadzinski is a trained systemic coach and certified CliftonStrengths Assessment Coach.
