Downward trend in house prices halted for the time being

This week, Europace published the house price index data for the month of March.Overall, the strong downward trend in existing houses and condominiums seems to have stopped for the time being.The data also shows that the year of construction of condominiums purchased has been getting older and older since the beginning of 2022.
