The real estate climate index shows an upward trend

The German Hypo Real Estate Climate Index shows an upward trend again at the turn of the year. Only the office climate is stagnating at its old level. The strongest increase was recorded by the retail sector with 20.6 percentage points and the residential sector with 15.9 percentage points. The logistics segment continues to lead the way with an index of 122.0.
