The inflation rate for Germany has been revised downwards

The Federal Statistical Office has revised the calculation of the consumer price index. Overall, the inflation rate is lower than before. The effect is most noticeable in October 2022. The inflation rate falls from +10.4% to +8.8% as a result of the adjustment, the weighting in the basket of goods has changed slightly.
