Inhabitants in large cities

"Major German cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants recorded 1.8% more outward migration in 2021 than in 2019, while inward migration in major cities fell by 5.4%. The study confirms the relevance of taking macroeconomic framework data into account when making investment decisions. Changes in tenant preferences may necessitate adjustments to the investment strategy. The emerging trend suggests that well-connected, peripheral urban locations will become more attractive in the future."
