Price indices for residential real estate

The Bundesbank sees a significant deterioration in the affordability of residential real estate. High inflation and rising interest rates for mortgage loans have severely dampened demand. At the same time, there is a clear overvaluation of residential real estate, which it estimates to be between 25% and 40%.
