US economy grows

The updated estimates primarily reflect upward revisions to consumer spending and non-building fixed investment. The first estimate on 27.10. was 2.6%. On 30.11., growth was revised upwards to 2.9%. According to the estimate on 22.12., annualized quarterly growth now stands at 3.2%. Stronger economic growth gives the Federal Reserve further support to raise interest rates.
