Purchase prices for residential real estate continue to fall

The Europace Index (EPX) recorded a decline in prices for condominiums in December 2022. Compared to the same period last year, prices fell by 4.24%. Prices for existing properties also fell by around 3.30% compared to the previous year. Only prices for new builds remained stable according to the EPX.
