Liquid asset class

Liquid investments are investments where the capital invested can be easily recovered at a specific point in time. Such investments offer a high degree of tradability and can be bought or sold quickly without having a significant impact on the market or liquidity. Typical examples of liquid investments are exchange-traded securities such as equities, bonds and certain types of funds. Liquid investments offer investors flexibility and the ability to react quickly to market developments or adjust their investment strategy.
