Biography
Robin Lauer is responsible for Client Service at FINVIA.
He began his professional career after training as a banker in the private customer sector, where he gained several years of experience. In his subsequent positions in the financial sector, he focused mainly on process management and optimization as a consultant. He acted as a link between sales and IT.
Before joining FINVIA, he held the position of Head of Projects at a private bank. At FINVIA, he brings his process expertise and technical knowledge to design and optimize processes. His work aims to create synergies between process management and technology in order to improve the efficiency and performance of processes.
