We are continuing to grow and are therefore looking for a
(Associate) Operations Specialist | Funds (m/f/d) - full-time or part-time
The following tasks await you:
As an (Associate) Operations Specialist, you will support our Private Equity team in the launch and subscription of our funds. You will focus on the associated administrative activities and coordination with our partners. In addition, you will support our experts on tax issues relating to the funds and deal with invoice processing tasks.
- Support in the collection of target fund data and assistance in the preparation of reports to investors
- Preparing capital calls and distributions to investors and ensuring that they are carried out on time
- Processing and maintenance of documents and master data of investors in the context of drawings
- Electronic filing of reports, valuations and tax notifications of the target funds
- Invoicing and processing of incoming invoices
- Coordination with external service providers and our Luxembourg administrator
- Participation in annual financial statements
- Plausibility check of tax documents
Your skills:
- Training as a bank clerk, investment fund clerk or comparable commercial training
- Ideally relevant professional experience or internships in the field of fund administration / investment controlling / corporate or tax consulting / auditing
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Interest in modern work
- Analytical way of thinking and a pronounced affinity for numbers
- Very good German and good English skills
